Pranic Breathwork Therapy (PBT) was designed to allow an individual the time and space to process emotions, transcend the weight of these emotions, and therefore reach greater peace within.
The art of maintaining starts with mastering the vedic meditative posture. The next phase is governing the movement of the Prana (life force or vital energy). As we start the breathwork vedic meditative practice, it regulates the body's vital life forces. It is important to note that Prana, often erroneously equated with the mere breath, is, in fact, the embodiment of boundless cosmic energy.
