Meditation is Dhyana (ध्यान) in Sanskrit
यमनियमासनप्राणायामप्रत्याहारधारणाध्यानसमाधयोऽष्टावङ्गानि ॥ २.२९॥
Yama, Niyama, Āsana, Prānāyāma, Pratyāhāra, Dhāranā, Dhyāna, and Samādhi are the eight limbs of Yoga.
Vedic Meditation (Dhyāna) is the seventh limb of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Vedic Meditation presents an abundant array of techniques, each more captivating than the last. Concentrative Vedic Meditation reigns supreme, boasting unparalleled efficacy and awe-inspiring outcomes. This extraordinary practice demands unwavering focus and uncompromising self-discipline, which can be attained through persistent, dedicated, steadfast, and wavering commitment.
By embracing concentrative Vedic Meditation, our minds ascend beyond the obstacles that hinder our Vedic meditation endeavors. Internal or external distractions will no longer sway our minds once we have mastered the art of concentration. Scattered thoughts lose their grip, allowing our minds to attain razor-sharp precision.

In concentration Vedic meditation, our unwavering focus is directed towards a chosen object. Immerse in the selected object within the ethereal realm of the Third Eye Chakra, also known as the Agya Chakra, or the majestic Crown Chakra, the Sahasrara Chakra.
Maintain this precious object's utmost lucidity and brilliance within your consciousness, allowing its radiance to permeate your being for at least thirty seconds or even a minute.
If the mind triumphs in perceiving the sensations solely through the designated region, that is the epitome of profound focus, also referred to as Dharana. When the mind sustains itself in that state for an extended duration, you attain the pinnacle of meditative concentration, also recognized as Ekagrata Dhyana. Concentration Vedic Meditation epitomizes the quintessence of wisdom; we unveil our authentic essence through this wisdom.
Ensure that you consistently uphold your Yogic Meditative Posture while engaging in the sacred act of Vedic Meditation. Here, we find ourselves constantly seeking satisfaction, engaging in endless pursuits, and chasing after superficial desires that always seem just out of reach.
